Attendee Information
We are bringing together a select group of philanthropic leaders with diverse perspectives from Arizona and across the U.S. We anticipate about 30 total participants.
Travel Information
Please plan to arrive by noon on October 6th, and depart in the late afternoon of October 7th (or join us for dinner that evening and depart the morning of October 8th). The most convenient airport is the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Attendees should plan to arrange their own transportation to and from the hotel. Ground transportation from the hotel to the convening sites will be provided.
Hotel Information
A room block has been reserved at the AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore. To book within the block, please use this booking link. Hotel reservations will be covered for up to two nights. Dress Code
Monday (October 6): Business Formal
Please plan to dress in business formal attire for the opening day and evening reception. This will be a high-visibility day with key leaders, funders, and public officials in attendance.
Tuesday (October 7): Business Casual
The second day will be more interactive, with site visits and collaborative sessions. Business casual attire is recommended.
